The company mainly contains three core business units, namely the "Equipment and Spare Parts Trading Department"; "Process Control and Analytical Instruments Department"; "Transmission Machinery Department"; and a subsidiary business unit "Processing Machinery and Tools Unit", Now the company has four offices in Shanghai, Jinan, Lanzhou in China and Tainan City in Taiwan, and a sister company in Hong Kong

"Process Control and Analytical Instruments Department" now mainly operate and distribute and their products of two companies, one of them is UE Systems Inc. in the USA, which products are ULTRAPROBE series of ultrasonic detection systems (leaks, bearing failure, partial discharging detection); the other is IRIS Power LP in Canada, which main products are "the generator and motor monitoring system", "continuous partial discharge monitoring system" , etc.

"Transmission Machinery Department" now mainly operates and distributes three brands and their products; there are pneumatic clutches, pneumatic brakes and other transmission products of Asahi Seiko Co., Ltd. in Japan and Nexen Group in the USA; lubrication system of Graco Inc in the USA; motor and other transmission products of Siemens AG
